Monopoly Mayhem – London 2024

Friday 25th October – Sunday 27th October 2024

In small teams of 5 friends, your challenge is to whiz around London visiting all the Monopoly Board places in real life, grabbing selfies, and competing in a few ‘Chance Card Challenges’ along the way!

We’ll all travel down by minibus to London on the Friday (meeting at The Unit for 1700),  before heading to our indoor accommodation for the weekend. Saturday is where the main event begins! You’ll be given an unlimited travel pass for London, and in groups of 5, you’ll be sent out into London for the day on your own – grabbing those all important points. Will your team win?

Sunday, we’ll head to the National History and Science Museums in the morning, before taking you up to the unique Camden Town Markets. We’ll then head back to Sheffield, arriving around 2100.

This is our most popular trip, and we can only take 30 Explorers (due to accommodation limits), so this will be on a first come-first served basis.

• Accommodation will be sleeping in a scout hut, so you’ll need a roll matt and sleeping bag
• Explorers are unsupervised in London on the Saturday, although Leaders will be in constant contact, and in central London to respond if needed. Their progress throughout the day will be monitored whenever they “check in” to claim a new location.
