We believe that by doing more, people become more… so that’s what we’re all about.
You’ll get to do something new every Tuesday or Thursday, everything from Archery and Air Rifle Shooting to Wild Camping and Cooking.
Over 120 Explorers join us regularly, across two Unit evenings (Tuesday and Thursday) supported by a Leadership Team of over 20 amazing volunteers.
Some nights we’re indoors, but where we can, we love to get outdoors, into the surrounding Peak District. Luckily we own our own fleet of minibuses to make this happen.
You’ll gain new experiences, a whole lot more confidence, have the opportunity to challenge yourself, gain some independence and yes, grow up a little too (only if you wish though).
You’ll get to complete your DofE, join us on international summer camps, and of course, do loads of awesome stuff with us each and every week! Unlike most Scout groups, we run throughout the school holidays too.
