Want 2 awards for the price of one?

Well our course does just that – the National Smallbore Rifle Association’s Youth Proficiency Scheme award and the Scout Master at Arms activity badge.

Designed at Scout aged people (ages 10-14) this weekend course gives you a great introduction into air rifle shooting, safety on the range, the law, and plenty of time on the range to improve your skills.

The course is run by Scout leaders who are all NSRA qualified instructors, all of whom are experienced in running shooting sessions.

When:
– Friday 5 December – 19:30 to 21:00
– Saturday 6 December – 10:30 to 16:00
– Sunday 7 December – 10:30 to 16:00

Woodseats Explorer Scout Unit. 36-42 Helmton Road, Woodseats. S8 8QJ

Cost:
£40

Everyone must have completed the declaration form before the course.

Other info:
We only have places for 24 young people.  Scouts from Sheaf and Norfolk Districts on a first come first served basis.  If we’re full we’ll operate a waiting list – our website calls this a backorder
Priority is for Scout aged young people.  If we don’t manage to fill it, we will take Explorers will be invited to take part.
Safety is our priority.  We reserve the right to exclude any young person who does not meet the behaviour standards.
